Description

If so, the DSNP Community Outreach Manager cultivates sales and engagement opportunities and generates awareness for Dual Medicaid-Medicare products, clinical programs and community services. The DSNP Community Outreach Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsibilities
The DSNP Community Outreach Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, network, and bold goal, as well as external partners, such as physicians, faith-based organizations, and community groups, to improve the lives of members most at risk. Participates in strategy sessions with Market President and Director. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Great with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. This role also requires running a Motor Vehicle Report as part of the background check process
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Must reside in the local territory
Preferred Qualifications
Health & Life licenses not required to start but will need to be obtained within 90 days of the start date
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Sales or marketing background a plus
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid products or background selling Medicare products a plus
Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
