Project Coordinator Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Profile

Essential Functions:Assists in the initiation, prioritization, and scheduling of Marketing project requests.Participates in the generation and tracking of projects through the project management system of record.Assists in the internal routing of collateral assets, concepts, layouts, and proofs for review.Assists Project Manager(s) in achieving company initiatives based on the strategic business goals of the organization.Ensures requests include all necessary information for the creative teams to accurately complete projects; works closely with creative staff as required to monitor and move all projects throughout the design and production process.Assigns project tasks to appropriate job roles within the marketing department in the project management system of record.Processes re-print requests for internal departments and updates collateral as necessary before processing.Updates the Direct Mail Schedule regularly to ensure the most recent revisions from vendors are accurate.Organizes the preparation, sales, and demonstration materials needed for trade shows and events; coordinates with shipping and fulfillment departments to ensure assets are delivered on time.Serves as the main point of contact for projects ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into the work as it progresses.Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require, at the direction of management. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Minimum one (1) year experience in marketing or relevant field.Previous experience in project management preferred.
