Description

The Senior Professional collaborates closely HR, Well-being, Inclusion & Diversity, and other functions across the business to develop creative internal communications strategies and compelling content in support of the Humana culture. The individual works closely with communicators and other business partners to prioritize communications that have the greatest impact and drive awareness and positive change.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with business partners in Inclusion & Diversity, Well-being, Talent Management, Human Resources and external communications to develop strategic plans, messaging and content designed to build employee engagement and enhance corporate reputation.

Work in close collaboration with HR partners in compensation and benefits, recruiting, and other areas to showcase Humana's Employee Value Proposition and encourage participation in relevant programs.

Develop creative multimedia content and compelling storytelling packages that reinforce Humana's brand, culture and customer-centric approach.

Leverage data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy and implementation.

Serve as backup administrator for associate communications channels and e-mail distribution.

SKILL SET

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field

5 years of employee communications, change management or public relations experience with proven expertise in developing communications strategies that drive results

Passion for emerging technology and enthusiasm for engaging, interactive communications

Adept at data and analytics

Demonstrated ability to independently plan, lead and implement multimedia comms projects

Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and deliver quality work under pressure

Exceptional written communications skills and deep experience as a content creator

Proactive, flexible and always seeking improvement and positive change

Ability to use discretion and possess exceptional judgement

Advanced skills using O365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
