work directly with our Ford Motor Company client

in

Dearborn, MI.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

Serv

ing

as a

valuable p

artner

to

various HR workstream

leaders

by providing strategy and program management for a number of change management efforts

aimed at improving the employee experience.

Develop

ing

strategic content plan

the identifies

visual

(presentations and infographics)

, written

(video scripts, articles, etc.)

, broadcast

(videos)

, internal social

(digital)

and storytelling

needed

to effectively support and influence the outcomes and results of HR efforts

Manag

ing

the production

and delivery of

assets need

ed to accomplish various plans – identifying

, giving visual direction and ensuring client approval for all materials.

Serving as the connection between the Internal Communications and HR

team

s

to

align efforts and resources to

the broader Ford narrative and plan

Manag

ing a

global HR communication calendar and timeline, including meeting with content owners to

ensure projects are accomplished on time and within budget

Creat

ing

and maintain internal HR communications site (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer) including editorial calendar, content sourcing, and posting.

Perform

ing

other duties and projects as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need to get here:

Bachelor’s degree

(or equivalent)

in communications, journalism, or related field

At least

7

years of managing/leading

strategic

communication

s

development

Portfolio that

demonstrat

es

use of innovative and engaging communication mediums

Experience working with and developing executive communications

Experience supporting internal communications within a large, preferably global, organization

Project management experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated self-starter, proactive and willing to take initiative

Able to work under deadline pressure and balance multiple priorities

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated competence in Microsoft office tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint), social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
