Description
The Outreach Manager; Hispanic Community cultivates sales and engagement opportunities as well as awareness for Humana's products, clinical programs and community services. The job requires collaboration across the organization, including sales, operations, network and bold goal as well as external partners such as physicians, faith-based organizations and community groups. The outreach manager will also work with and improve the lives of our members most at risk.
Responsibilities
The Outreach Manager; Hispanic Community identifies and builds relationships with organizations and providers that serve the Hispanic community. The position strategizes ways to scale these opportunities to reach members/prospects and drive connections to Humana and the plan's Hispanic services. The role organizes meetings and forums to engage the Hispanic community to create lead generation and works with the sales team to help agents staff those events.
The Outreach Manager; Hispanic Community is also responsible for tracking their events as well as leads generated, brokers engaged, community organizations partnered with, and methods of engaging and helping the dual eligible population. The role will require strategic and independent thinking as to how to best allocate time to achieve optimal results. The manager provides supplies, materials and educational items, preparing any documents necessary, collaborating with and supporting sales leadership and other departments as necessary. The Outreach Manager; Hispanic Community further has analytical skills to identify growth areas to drive relationships, sales and retention. The individual will comply with all CMS guidelines and will find ways to engage with and improve the lives of our members.
Required Qualifications
-High School Diploma
-Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
-Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
-Independent and strategic thinking
-Strong relationships within the Hispanic community
-Active Health & Life insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Additional Information:
This position will require the occupant to live within a reasonable commuting distance to our El Paso TX office which is located at: 1200 Golden Key Circle Suite 401 El Paso, TX 79925. You will be working in the office or from home approximately 20% of the time and the rest of the time you will be required to be in the field meeting with community partners.
