Join Pure’s Internal Communications team and help us to drive connection, alignment, and purpose amongst our employees across the globe. Together, we’ll deliver compelling and engaging internal communications—using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.
What you Will be Doing…
You believe that employees are the most valuable assets in every organization, and communications can be a strategic lever to drive business and people forward. As Pure’s Internal Communications & Management of Change Manager, you will create communications that inform, engage, and inspire; capture complex concepts in simple but powerful messaging; and engage our internal audiences through a mix of tactics and channels.
What you Bring to the Team…
Communications & Management of Change:
You will drive communications and several other change enabling approaches for Pure’s HR transformation initiatives, including our goal to “Become a Talent Magnet.” You’ll engage with executive leaders and program teams; lead and advise on communications strategy; and collaborate with teams across HR, Global Communications, IT, etc.
Communications strategy, planning, and execution:
You will develop comms strategies that deliver the 4 Rs: the right message, from the right sender, to the right audience, at the right time. To do so, you’ll define comms objectives, create messaging frameworks, identify target audiences, and determine best channels and sequencing.
Change management communications:
Your experience with change management initiatives will enable you to leverage change management methodologies and principles to ensure communications successfully guide employees through the change curve.
Communications channels:
You will help advance the strategy and execution of Pure’ global internal comms channels—including intranet, newsletters, videos, internal social channels, and more.
Desired Experience…
5 years internal communications experience supporting global employee audiences
Broad communications expertise, confidence to develop and sell ideas
Skills in developing visually compelling digital communication assets and video editing
Proven experience managing communications for transformation initiatives
Working knowledge of various communications disciplines
Familiarity with HR initiatives and programs is a plus
Balance of strategic vision and operational orientation
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing required
