Description

Humana's Home Solutions segment is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior CRM Marketing Professional to join the Home Solutions Marketing Team. This role will support the CenterWell Home Health business and other Home Solutions products, and is accountable for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive B2C and B2B business. We are looking for an individual who is hyper-customer focused and can understand complex business models and develop marketing strategies that deliver on desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and programs for Humana's Home Solutions segment, with a focus on CenterWell Home Health - the nation's leading Home Health business. The role will be focused on driving referrals and admits through B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including bringing marketing automation to our organization in partnership with the sales, IT and MarTech functions.

Key Role Functions

Serve as the marketing expert for Home Solutions business teams and partner closely with Home Solutions Marketing colleagues to align annual marketing plans and market-level strategies

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support Home Solutions overall objectives with a clear focus on growth and engagement marketing across key audiences - the referring community (physicians and discharge planners) and the prospective patient

Create comprehensive campaign plans (i.e., journey map, communication strategy, etc.) and frequently measure, and assess performance of marketing campaigns to drive follow-up actions to improve ROI

Develop deep understanding of consumer and referral source insights; understand emerging trends and competitive environment; contribute innovative ideas for products and marketing solutions to team

Establish and track key performance indicators (i.e. lead generation and conversions), consistently report outcomes to key stakeholders and employ test and learn methodologies for rapid iterations; pivot based on results to continually improve outcomes

Ability to navigate a matrixed environment, build relationships with cross-functional partners and hold teams accountable to deliver

Lead by example by emulating behaviors consistent with the new ways of working, as well as Humana and CenterWell values

The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field

5 years of building and executing highly impactful marketing strategies, with strong preference for designing journeys and leading implementation of marketing automation/CRM campaigns

Positive track record of driving customer engagement with new products, services, and/or experiences

Deep empathy for the customer and ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications

Persuasive story teller who has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders; executive presence

Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience; strong digital marketing experience

Expert knowledge and use of marketing frameworks

Ability to identify actionable insights and translate them into winning marketing strategies

Strategically oriented, critical thinker, resourceful, influential, problem solver

Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes

Strong bias for results, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Business

Experience working in the healthcare industry

Additional Requirements/Information

Must be willing to work Eastern Time zone office hours.

Remote Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
