Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, second largest law firm in Delaware with its headquarters in the heart of Wilmington on Rodney Square, is seeking an experienced, talented, creative and motivated Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team to deliver graphic design and digital marketing support to the firm and help establish and maintain consistent brand standards across a variety of channels. You would work closely with the Marketing/Business Development and Legal Recruiting Teams and assist legal departments and admin team with various projects. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in design, communications, and organization, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

This is a non-exempt, on-site position; core hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with one hour for lunch.

Daily responsibilities

will include but are not limited to:

Design brochures, books, announcements, proposals, information graphics, ads, info sheets, custom invitations, signage, event and campaign materials, and firm publications;

Develop InDesign, Illustrator, Word, and PowerPoint templates for general marketing collateral and special projects;

Routinely design and execute e-mail marketing campaigns (announcements, publications, event notices, client alerts and other firm communications), including intake, formatting, and distribution;

Assist with continuity of digital presence, ensuring that external and internal online media are brand compliant, functional and updated with new and relevant content, as directed;

Design and execute social media campaigns and projects to optimize and drive increased traffic to firm’s online channels;

Support firm’s mobile development and staying up-to-date with latest technologies and trends;

Serve as power user and administrative user of content management systems for websites, intranets, microsites, event management and email marketing platforms;

Manage, maintain, and organize daily workflow of marketing projects;

Implement firm brand goals into all visual aspects of design;

Work with external vendors to create, produce, and deliver professional collateral;

File and maintain attorneys’ headshots, purchased images, and historical images;

Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations;

Assist with overall coordination of event details;

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

One to three years of relevant experience required;

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in graphic/web design and marketing communications preferred;

Experience with digital page layout including HTML emails, blog, and webpage design;

Experience with creating, editing, and maintenance of both video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo or similar platforms;

Proficiency in both MAC and PC environments;

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop and Premier;

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with a particular focus on PowerPoint;

Experience with ClickDimensions, or similar e-mail and event management platforms;

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred;

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL or .net is preferred;

Comfortable working with online digital applications/formats such as WordPress;

Knowledge of printing processes and experience preparing documents for professional printing;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision;

Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers and staff in a collaborative professional environment;

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Must be flexible to work additional hours.
