Humana's Provider Process and Service organization is hiring a Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional that is experienced in communications to join the Emerging Technology team working remote. In this role, you will join a high-energy team that leads the adoption of provider self-service tools and the creation of a superior provider experience. You'll collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts to continually promote and transform providers' experience with online tools and the Watson voice experience platform.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional you will enhance the provider experience by architecting meaningful experiences and build clear, concise communications that will positively impact the healthcare professionals we serve. This position plays a pivotal role in the design and creation of department communications including written, web, and self-service platforms. The ability to think critically and act as a consultant who presents ideas and asks the right questions as well as the ability to prioritize and readily shift focus between multiple projects with concurrent deadlines will be key to success in this role.
Key Role Functions
Create and modify communications/training materials to inform and educate both internal and external audiences about provider self-service tools and platforms
Develop communication strategies and plans; manage the approval process for provider-facing content
Apply communication skills such as audience analysis, empathy, curiosity, and a concise but conversational tone to help shape and script an efficient yet enjoyable AI voice experience
Analyze and leverage available provider feedback to make recommendations and inform your own communications
Champion the development of an exceptional provider experience by consulting with stakeholders, platform teams, business partners and technical associates
Assure that all materials developed received appropriate approvals to assure compliance
The preferred candidate will be located in the Louisville, KY metro area. Due to Covid restrictions this position is currently 100% remote. Anyone located within 50 miles of Louisville, KY will start as remote/work at home due to current COVID restrictions, but will resume as an agile based position once restrictions have been lifted and it is determined safe to return to the office. Anyone not located within 50 miles will remain 100% remote.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, User Experience, Learning or related degree
3 years of experience in a communications or user experience role, or related field
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong editing skills
Experience in communications planning and creating a wide variety of communications, such as communication plans, web copy, PowerPoint presentations, scripts and learning materials
Must be passionate about identifying and advocating for the needs of communication/platform end users
Must be able to provide work samples as they will be requested prior to interview
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
