The Email Specialist is a detail oriented, analytical role, that is critical in driving customer retention, efficiently converting prospective customers, delivering a best in class customer experience, and ultimately growing Tommy.com revenue.The Email Specialist will work directly with the eCommerce Media Manager on strategy, planning, reporting, and will have primary ownership over execution. This role will work closely with the eCommerce Media Manager on campaign and behavioral email programs from start to finish, including developing the email calendar, analyzing and reporting results, and optimizing campaigns for delivery and KPIs.Responsibilities:Develop email marketing campaigns, test plans, and deployment strategyConduct user-end testing of email marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy of content, linking, and trackingAnalyze and develop data-driven business cases for action and success measuresLeverage audience insights and segmentation to build multi-channel marketing campaignsManage campaign and planning calendarsCoordinate media campaigns with brand initiatives and key launch datesConduct research on industry trends and market opportunitiesQA email deployments, promotions, site refreshes, and new featuresAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field, or equivalent experienceThe ideal candidate has an interest in fashion and digital commerce marketing, is a motivated self-starter, and has the capacity to be both creative and analytically minded.
