Job Description Summary
The Communications Manager role is a full-time, on-account position within our Global Occupier Services group. The Communications Manager is responsible for all aspects of on-account communication included but not limited to; account team communications, client facing communications, and business review content preparation. Additionally, the Communications Manager will collaborate directly with Account Leadership on communications in support of ongoing account initiatives and special projects.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, create and launch written communications (one-off and programmatic) to all account stakeholder audiences.
Build account level communications program to support employee engagement and retention including an annual communications plan inclusive of target dates and channels for all communications.
Lead with creativity and flawlessly execute across multiple channels.
Partner with all on-account stakeholders to create effective presentations, business deliverables and communication programming.
Define, implement, and measure communication effectiveness.
Operate as a key advisor to the account leadership team.
Collaborate with on-account teams to ensure smooth delivery of communications strategies that support account initiatives.
Plan, coordinate and execute account town hall meetings.
Responsive delivery of ad hoc communication requirements.
Maintain current communications templates with CW branding for the account.
Work with account leadership to manage accurate and successful distribution lists in line with the various constituent populations and the various types of communications and channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 10 years communications/marketing experience.
Experience in commercial real estate services preferred.
Executive presence and professionalism.
Superior verbal and written communication, editing and presentation skills
Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong project management skill.
Comfortable managing through influence and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
