Position Summary
The company is seeking to hire a Marketing Communications Specialist to help take our marketing to the next level. In this role, you will create and deliver marketing programs to grow our brands and products in the marketplace. The selected candidate will be a motivated, energetic and creative thinker with previous experience across a broad range of marketing functions, including social media, public relations/advertising, email marketing, sales lead management, events and digital/traditional marketing campaigns. The role is responsible for daily maintenance of sales communications, literature processes, sales lead tracking and supports new product launches with delivering compelling marketing content.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
Motivated, energetic and strong marketing mindset.
Team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong knowledge of AP style.
Strong project management/organizational skills; able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expected to leverage project management best practices to ensure projects are complete.
Experience managing successful social media campaigns across LinkedIn.
Proven track record of executing marketing communications plans across a range of mediums.
Knowledgeable about brand standards and marketing/sales support functions.
Minimum of 3 years of Marketing Communications experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation systems.
Basic knowledge of web content management systems.
Experience with supplier management.
Experience with Sales lead management through Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
