Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Manager of Developer, Product and Technology PR who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of PR programs that showcase the innovation of Twilio’s growing platform and the vision of the company’s product strategy. This newly created role on the Communications team will partner closely with Twilio’s Developer Experience, Developer Evangelism and Product teams to build narratives that elevate, highlight and champion the global developer community.
Equally important, this role will develop strategy for educating enterprises about the build opportunity and the way Twilio’s platform can help them breakthrough in the digital economy.

Twilio is looking for an outstanding leader to join forces with the Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a fast paced corporate environment. They have a passion for storytelling, enjoy being innovative, thinking creatively, building new insights, and have the awareness to wear the customers shoes. Regarding culture, we seek people who enjoy cracking challenging problems, empower others to thrive, have a strong point of view and also are able to adapt their playbook when necessary. This person has:
10 years PR/Comms experience, ideally with roles at both agency and in house
Experience crafting PR strategy for enterprise brands and for a developer audience
Ability to distill sophisticated, technical product into a consumable, understandable narrative for media and influencers
Excellent writing and communication skills
A self-starter with outstanding project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks
when appropriate
Ability to work cross functionally and enjoys collaboration
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Marketing, Communications)

ork as a key member of the global PR team - partnering to develop one cohesive narrative to reach a variety of audiences. The role is also responsible for developing the
communication roadmap for product launches, updates, and maintaining the broader narrative on the Twilio product portfolio to create a steady drumbeat of news.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Salary:
Denver/Boulder Metro:
Salary Range: $120,832 - $166,144
Rest of Colorado:
Salary Range: $105,728 - $145,376
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
