Work you’ll do
As a Marketer in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways. This role supports the Executive Accelerators (XA) group, which includes Deloitte’s Executive & Board Programs and The Deloitte Greenhouse, and is part of the Client & Market Growth (CMG) strategic marketing team. In this role your responsibilities will include:
Design, plan, and execute priority XA marketing campaigns
Provide innovative approaches and best practices across XA programs
Drive XA marketing strategic initiatives
Design and develop marketing impact and insights reporting
The team

Qualifications
Required:
5 – 7 years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Strong project management skills
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
