The Customer Service (CS) MarCom Specialist is a member of thenUltrasound HQs Service CRM team (SHS CS US CRM) and is responsible for drivingninbound and outbound marketing activities in order to promote comprehensivelynUltrasound service offerings and programs, supporting CS Product Managers andnRegional Business Managers, and in alignment to Siemens Healthineersncommunication Guidelines.ResponsibilitiesnDefinenand implement a MarCom plan for Customer Service Ultrasound in collaboration withnService Product Managers and Service Regional Business Managers to ensurensuccessful rollout and support of new service offerings and periodicntracking/reporting.Developnservice-related content for internal and external channels, such as presentations,nannouncements, newsletters, intranet, internet etc. and marketing/salesncollateral for the purpose of maximizing awareness and implementation. Establishnand maintain interfaces and communication between involved HQ process partnersn(mainly CS CRM PRM, CS CRM CC and US MSC).SupportnService Business Managers to ensure service marketing programs and tools arenavailable and suitable to regional needs in order to maximize businessnmanagement opportunities.Providenmarketing support to sales teams, creating and deploying marketing material toncustomers.Contributento pricing, product messaging and product market positioning for CustomernServices portfolio.Qualifynand cooperate with external Marketing service providers, manages andncoordinates those services and approves of work delivered.Maynconduct market research activities as appropriate and supports management inndetermination of effective pricing structures.RequirednKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experiencen Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Businessn Administrationn Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B MarComn environment, also using current social media platformsn Solid understanding of service business in Healthcaren segmentn Excellent communication skills, both oral and written,n with fluency in English required and expert level in MS PowerPoint. n Proven ability to establish cross-functionaln communication and networking across culturally diverse regionaln organizations.n Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MSn Excel, Think-Cell and familiarity with SAP. n Proven interpersonal skills, including ability ton create a positive teamwork environment.n Willing to relocate to Issaquah, Washington and up ton 10% global and domestic travel.nPreferrednKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experiencen Additional experience in Ultrasound business isn desired.n Additional proficiency in German and/or Spanish is an plus.n Experience with technical marketing topics a plus.nOrganization: Siemens HealthineersCompany: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalJob Type: Full-timeEqual Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
