Fraser Stryker Law Firm is seeking an individual for a Corporate Paralegal position. This position:
Prepares and files documents necessary for forming and maintaining business entities.
Completes and maintains corporate records.
Drafts corporate resolutions, amendments to bylaws and articles, and other related documents.
Assists in corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
Conducts UCC, tax lien, corporate status, credit, and other related searches and investigations.
Assists in evaluating and analyzing client needs related to corporate governance and/or business structure.
Successful candidates have a Juris Doctorate, Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies, or an Associates Degree and a Paralegal Certificate, have knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations relating to corporate law and governance, are able to demonstrate effective analytical skills, are able to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form and have excellent organizational skills. Two to four years of corporate/commercial legal experience required.

Marketing Assistant – Part-Time
Fraser Stryker Law Firm is seeking an individual to join the firm as a part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing and Business Development Manager. The Marketing Assistant:
Assists with all areas of firm communications, including copywriting and content creation for website and social media,
Designs print and digital marketing collateral,
Assists with planning and organizing a variety of client and firm events,
Conducts research for marketing initiatives and events,
Coordinates sponsorships both internally and externally.
A successful Marketing Assistant candidate has:
One to two years of related experience in a marketing position,
Experience in creative copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, WordPress website content management, and social media management,
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, or related field preferred, Associate’s Degree required,
Ability to demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organizational skills,
Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form at all levels of the organization, and
Ability to work on-site approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Help Desk Technical Support Specialist
Fraser Stryker Law Firm is looking for a Help Desk Technical Support Specialist.  This position:
Answers Help Desk requests, troubleshoots technical problems, and resolves end-user technical issues.
Installs, maintains, and repairs system hardware and software.
Installs applications or upgrades at workstations.
Provides new employee training to introduce users to the fundamentals of computer, phone, and other technical systems.
Assists with litigation support, assists in the preparation of documents and exhibits for trial, attends courtroom proceedings to provide technical support, collects e-discovery data, and trains end-users on litigation support and software programs.
A successful Help Desk Technical Support Specialist has:
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and has 1 – 3 years of support experience.  Microsoft Certifications and/or experience working in a law firm is also a plus.  The ability to communicate professionally, listen to user concerns, critically think about potential solutions, and assist in positive resolution is a must.
