Strategic Communications and Change Management Specialist Key Role:
Design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communications materials and media to facilitate Change Management activities. Apply specific functional knowledge and working general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience with strategic communications
2 years of experience with supporting organizational change management initiatives, stakeholder outreach, or user training
Experience with developing communications materials in multiple formats, including PowerPoint
Ability to articulate technical messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to work with senior leaders, respond to changing priorities, and adapt writing or communication styles to meet needs of audiences at various levels
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic software development concepts
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
