Duties
This person will be responsible
for developing, implementing and maintaining communication strategies and
initiatives related to global human resources, benefits and retirement
departments.
Seeking an individual with
the unique ability to gather, synthesize and present information regarding
employee benefits and human resources programs in a concise, entertaining,
engaging and creative manner.
This is a phenomenal opportunity
for a dynamic and personable individual who enjoys promoting internal information
related to employee benefits, health & well-being, Retirement benefits,
401K programs, staff recruiting and human resources compliance.
Required
6 years of internal communication
experience within a global corporate organization
Demonstrated editorial, ideation
and production experience working across a variety of mediums, i.e. audio,
visual, video, social and other media
Must possess superior writing,
editing and storytelling capabilities
Strong client service orientation
with exceptional written and verbal communication
Proven relationship-builder
with outstanding interpersonal skills and talent for effectively interacting
with all levels of Partners, Clients, and co-workers
Thrives in environments requiring
the ability to effectively prioritize and strategically managing concurrent
projects
Bachelor’s degree required,
MBA in related fields preferred
