Internal Communications & Engagement Partner
This role reports to Head of Internal Communications & Engagement

As Internal Communications & Engagement Partner you play a key role in engaging, connecting and inspiring future and current Globallers.

Work with a range of brilliant partners from all across the business
Play a key role in driving employee engagement at Global!
Understood our comms and engagement tools and partners
Started to build relationships within People & Culture and across the wider business
Worked on some internal comms campaigns
Started to manage Workplace comms and our Knowledge Library
Handle the internal comms and engagement annual calendar and tracker to ensure effective delivery of relevant events and internal comms
Support partners across the business in developing and executing impactful internal comms campaigns on the big things that matter to Globallers
Day-to-day management of our internal communications platform, Workplace
Maintain our internal Knowledge Library in Workplace
Provide branding and design support for internal collateral, working with the Marketing team where necessary
Lead on the planning and execution of all internal communication and events, including Global Goodness (wellbeing, engagement, D&I, Green, GMSN, Global Academy, etc.)
Day-to-day management of our employer brand channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Career Site, etc.)
Support employee engagement projects as required
Ensure consistent approach to measuring the impact and ROI of comms and events, with regular reporting
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Leading internal communications and engagement projects
Having their finger on the pulse of the latest comms tools and trends
Crafting stand out collateral, including documents and video’s
Working pro-actively and problem solving to come up with solutions
Strong prioritisation and organisation to ensure our time and resources are spent in the most effective way
Understanding our business and the market to ensure relevance & prioritisation
Team working and collaboration with a diverse range of partners
